PARTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Standard Children’s Party

A deposit of £40 is payable when booking, either by card over the telephone or by cash or card at the venue. The outstanding balance is to be paid at least two weeks before your party date. Our minimum number of guests for a party is ten children; we do ask to make sure you have at least 10 guests as this is a non-refundable fee.
Maximum Guests 30 Children

 

Toddler Party

A deposit of £20 is payable when booking, either by card over the telephone or by cash or card at the venue. The outstanding balance is to be paid at least two weeks before your party date. This is a non-refundable fee.
Maximum Guests 15 Children

 

Private Hire

A deposit of £50 is payable when booking, either by card over the telephone or by cash or card at the venue. The outstanding balance, including any extras is to be paid at least two weeks before your party date. . This is a non-refundable fee.
Maximum Guests 100 Children

 

Private Hire Extras

• Snack buffet (crisps, cakes, biscuits) (£1.50 per child)
• Party bags & balloons (£2.00 per child)
• Sparky or Dottie (30 minutes £15)
• Treasure hunt + prizes (10 prizes £9.99, 20 prizes £19.99, 30 prizes £29.99)

 

Please note: Only food purchased in The Magical Castle can be consumed on our premises. You cannot provide your own food on a private hire.
